Refund & Cancellation Policy
Custom music work is made specifically for each customer. This policy explains how cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of production.
Advance payment
100% advance payment is required before production begins.
Cancellation after work begins
If the customer cancels after production has started, a partial refund may be considered depending on the actual work already completed.
Revision stage and final delivery
No refund is available after the revision stage. No refund is available after final delivery.
Customer delays
If required information, approvals, lyrics, voice recordings, references, or other material is delayed, the delivery timeline may extend. Timeline adjustments may also be mutually discussed depending on circumstances.
Third-party costs
Third-party expenses already incurred specifically for the project are non-refundable. Refund eligibility, where applicable, depends on the actual project status and work completed.
